When you're starting to wonder if you are autistic or ADHD, it can be a challenge to find information online about what that might look like without a mass of jargon. I have created these traits lists in language which is more relatable, to help you understand how the traits you are reading about online present.

The traits lists I have complied are not an exhaustive list of either ADHD or Autistic traits, rather a list of traits that you may resonate with but that you never realised could be related to ADHD or Autism.
