Group Mentoring Programme

6 x 60-minute workshops for people who are navigating a late diagnosis (or discovery) of ADHD and/or Autism

Finding out that you are neurodivergent as an adult can be both a massive relief but also a massive jolt to your system. It can leave you feeling like you don’t know how to be “you” anymore, or even questioning who you really are. You may experience confusion, overwhelm and a period of grief as your brain tries to process what's happening and accept the things that potentially could have been different if you had known earlier.

The Navigating Neurodivergence group mentoring programme supports you in taking the knowledge that you are neurodivergent and running with it.

It will help you understand how your brain works, why you may appear "overly sensitive" and react to things and behave the way that you do. The knowledge in itself makes a massive impact on how you speak to yourself and feel about yourself, and with this group programme you will learn how to make the most of your neurodivergence, and use it to propel you forward to where you want to be in life.

During Navigating Neurodivergence we work through a few different areas, including:

How neurodivergence is impacting you

Neurodivergence is more than just a word… and having a diagnosis or relating to various traits is all well and good, but what exactly does that mean to you?

We dive into how neurodivergence has presented in your life so far and look at what can you do now, so that you can feel confident and comfortable in letting the mask slip and embracing your identity as a neurodivergent person.

Changing how you speak to yourself

How much energy do you put into beating yourself up for not being able to do the thing?

We look at where you are getting most frustrated with yourself, and start putting strategies in place to help you be more supportive of yourself and of what you actually need.

Exploring and reframing rejection sensitivity

Learn about how rejection sensitivity can impact almost every area of your life, and why.

We Identify what exactly happens when you feel like you are rejected, disliked or unappreciated and learn to work around that so that the pain associated with rejection (however that presents in your body, as we are all different!) is a lot less impactful.

Navigating Anxiety and Control

Do you feel responsible for everything going on around you, or do you avoid taking control and feel like the world is against you? Or both??

We look at how to break down the things that overwhelm you and make you feel anxious so that you can feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

Acknowledge and appreciate the positives

Neurodivergent brains are wired to remember the negatives; we tend to remember the storm rather than the laughter around it.

This week we learn to stop focussing quite as much on the things that have gone wrong (or that could go wrong) and start to notice (and actually remember) the positives

Start to confidently look towards the future

How does it feel to look at something you’ve achieved and accept that it’s amazing? Neurodivergent people often find it difficult to feel accomplished or proud.

We will look at what happens when you feel proud and start talking about it... and put strategies in place to allow you to embrace your successes and use them to move you forward

There will be a workbook alongside each workshop, and recordings available to rewatch. You will also gain access to the Navigating Neurodivergence membership for 3 months, and have additional support from the group available in a separate WhatsApp Community.

The first group of the Navigating Neurodivergence Group Mentoring Programme is available at a beta price of £195 for just 8 people.

November group: running at 11am weekly from Wednesday 5th November 2025

Future groups: expecting to start in January, June, September and November

Alongside each programme I am offering 4 people the chance to upgrade to a premium package which includes 3 x 1:1 coaching sessions with me, for an additional £300 investment.

Testimonials

received for the Navigating Neurodivergence Programme in it's previous format

“I had the privilege of participating in Emma’s FITS group coaching program, and it was absolutely amazing. Emma guided me through exploration of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), helping me understand how it was affecting my life in ways I hadn’t fully realised. Her compassionate and understanding approach allowed me to confront these challenges head-on, and she equipped me with practical coping strategies that have made a world of difference in managing RSD.

Emma also introduced me to the concept of the Locus of Control, which has been incredibly valuable in navigating the ups and downs of life. Understanding where I have control and where I don’t has empowered me to focus my energy more effectively and approach challenges with a clearer mindset.

Emma’s support and insights have been important in my personal growth, and I can’t recommend her FITS group coaching program enough!”

“My relationship with myself has improved. The acceptance and self compassion I was already working on have been amplified, and I love how you model them. I feel much more comfortable with myself.

This has had a huge knock on effect on my relationships with those closest to me. I feel way more accepting and understanding of them, and in many cases of their acknowledged or unacknowledged neurodivergence. I approach other people’s behaviour with curiosity now, instead of assuming I know what their intentions are and getting ready to be on the defensive.

It’s made for a more harmonious and satisfying life, and I’m grateful for the new perspectives I have gained. The world seems different now I’m more comfortable in my skin. I’m unmasking more and more. This programme has been utterly transformational – thank you from the bottom of my heart, Emma. You are a remarkable human.”
